“I got a very good offer to stay at the Royal Shaza suites and I am very happy to have chosen to stay here. The reception staff especially Emmanuel were very welcoming and helpful. I requested an early check in and early check out which were all accommodated for. The room was clean, spacious & quiet. I felt very safe at the property. The staff are very helpful and polite. “Es ist soweit sauber, Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gut gesichert. Reinigungspersonal sollte mehr Tools erhalten, Boden musste sie steinzeitlich auf Knien von Hand reinigen, das sollte mal geändert werden. Pool etwas salzig aber sehr sauber. Ein Tipp für das Management: mit ein kleinen Bär am Pool das bei Hochzeiten geöffnet ist könnte noch etwas Geld dazuverdienen werden 😉”

“The hotel is beautiful, has a lovely pool but it is far away in farmer’s field and very difficult to find. Google maps sent me in the wrong direction. There should be signs and clear instructions on how to get here. It’s easy if you take the right road from the main highway. Staff is friendly and helpful. ”

The apartments are very comfortable and clean and accommodating Keith was very kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay a highly recommend these apartments.
