“Our second time staying at Loews Philadelphia and both stays have been wonderful. Clean, comfortable, walkable area, dining options, and close to a train station. Great gym facility as well. Employees at Bank & Bourbon attached to the hotel were very friendly. Hostess was very personable. Hope to be back!”

“The staff was very professional starting from valet staff to check in and check out experience. The three things I would ask for improvements are the "double" bed space, no offer of complimentary water, and no dog amenity in the room. The double bed did not feel a comfortable fit for my sister and I; or perhaps we've grown since we last slept on a double. Additionally for the amount of the nightly cost, complimentary water was not offered until I submitted a hotel review which was disappointing.……
