“We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. “We had an absolutely amazing time in Tamarindo staying at the Capitan Suizo Boutique hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating, and the food was excellent. After exploring the whole town, we concluded that this hotel is likely the nicest place to stay in all of Tamarindo. One of the staff members even went so far as to retrieve a recipe of a dish we were particularly fond of, so we could attempt to recreate it at home. 5/5 stars all……

“Such a lovely place. Low season and we had it almost all to ourselves. All the staff so friendly and attentive - Andrea, Sergio, Daniela - we felt like we were family - they greeted us by name, knew what wanted to drink with breakfast (which is included!), were ready to take care of whatever we needed. Food good - although a little pricey, but that is what you expect at a nice resort. There are a couple of places you can walk to (did for one lunch), but mainly just ate at their nice outdoor……

“Unique “treehouse” experience. Amazing forest/mountains view. It was quite of a delight to stay in such of eco-friendly environment. Great food at the Hotel Taru restaurant.
