“Overall experience is brilliant: good lake view, good service, clean, comfortable. But there's only one drawback: the shower drains very slow. I had to finish shower in 5 mins to avoid water flooding out. I still highly recommend this hotel. ”

“Stay was short arrived 11pm this time as stayed at this hotel a few times got to say I got a superb deal superior suite large room and bed very comfortable and clean and staff went out there way to make my stay pleasant and relaxed ”

“The location is great and nearby the ferry pier. But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered……
