“The property was in walking distance to the main town and facilities. Hospitality was excellent, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was massive and very tasty. On site parking was a bonus.”

“Lovely B&B in a great location. 10 mins walk in either direction to shops, cafes and restaurants. The lake is just a few minutes more in the one direction. Car parking available. Lovely rooms. Very clean. Most comfortable nights sleep I've had in a very long time. (I'd love to know where the mattress and pillows are from so I can purchase for home) I arrived several hours early prior to check in and was allowed to leave my car whilst I went out for the afternoon. “Cosy rooms with modern bathrooms and set in a perfect location (only a short walk from the centre of Keswick). Felt very welcomed on arrival and throughout. Plenty of options for breakfast and set us up perfect for a days mountain biking. Thanks Liz and Chris for having us!”

“Very clean and tidy, perhaps a little dated but the hot tub more than made up for it. Stress and hassle free the check in process was easy. The site is very well maintained making it an all round relaxed and very enjoyable stay.”

“Lodge is set in a great location on the park with great views from the outside decking. The sofa in the lodge could do with replacing as there is a smell coming from it. The listing advised a smart TV in the lodge but this was a freeview TV so no netflix , Amazon TV etc. Overall we had a great stay and would return but would be nice to have a upto date TV & new sofa.”

"The location is great and nearby the ferry pier. But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered scrambling egg with smoked salmon toast, they said no more but I saw other customers have it, I thought smoked salmon and egg are very common foods in a hotel restaurant, I wondered why they can tell me no more stocks. I just can say this hotel not worth for money, they are overpriced. Staffs are not really friendly. "
