“Great hotel. Efficient and friendly check in - helped us with an issue with our bags. Great room - coffee machine was a little faulty but there is a great coffee shop on the ground floor of the hotel. Valet parking looked very expensive so we opted to park in a secure garage directly opposite the hotel. Perfect location for exploring all of Austin and one block from 6th St. ”

“Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The only thing I'd bring up is that a few other co-workers and me were charged for valet fees for multiple nights during our stay even though we didn't have cars for this visit. The desk staff were very accomodating and removed the charges from our folio, but there does appear to be some problem with how valet charges are handled. Would suggest looking into improving that. Otherwise, it was a great stay - Thank you! ”
