“First off I just want to thank the host Suzanne she was amazing responded very quickly and sent us all the information in a timely manner. This place is amazing close by restaurants, a Walmart and CVS for quick little essentials we forgot back at home. Very clean and safe, people are very respectful and honest. This place comes with an elevator which was very convenient we were able to wagon our things up to our floor, and a ramp to take our wagon to the river. The river is a walking distance……

“The location of the place was great to all our activities whether we walked or took an Uber. We road once in a self driving Uber and it worked well! The roof top pool was really nice, albeit small and on the weekend it was very crowded. I heard people not staying could pay to use the pool, but didn't confirm that, but this seemed likely as it was so crowded. The condo was lacking in furniture as we had four adults and there was one couch (and a very small bean bag). Everything else was perfect……

“Overall the unit is comfortable and clean but the building is fairly old. Bedrooms are nice though a bit sparse regarding closet and drawer space. Kitchen is adequate with nice sized refrigerator and the expected appliances. Location is a 10 minute walk from the Rainey St area that has several restaurants and clubs and a few minutes from 6th St where there are also numerous bars and restaurants. Overall for the price the unit is what one would expect in this city. ”

“Easy access to property and great communication with host ”

“We had a conference in the Austin Convention Center. This location was just steps away. We were also walking or a scooter ride away from great food, entertainment, and shopping.”

“Great find, very conveniently located to downtown Gruene. The condo was spacious, clean, and easy to access. Bonus was both bedrooms had king beds! We only stayed one night (attending a concert at Gruene Hall), but will definitely stay here again when we return.”

“We so enjoyed this unit on Memorial Day. We had been at this property before but this condo was superior to our last rental. The balcony and overlook of the grounds was so relaxing. The pools were very enjoyable and so added a nice touch to our overall stay. The condo’s kitchen was well stocked with all the needed essentials. We cannot wait for our next trip!”

“Overall was a good stay. Good central location to everything. Only complaint is the bed in the master could be better. But we enjoyed the stay.”

“The apartment is beautiful and a great location. The only thing was we had an issue with the hot water but were able to get that resolved fairly quickly. The picture on the site shows a view of the river but that was not the case.”

“Stayed here in Gruene for our son's wedding. It perfectly suited our family needs. We had 2 master bedrooms, each with private bathroom suits. The loft slept 4 more. Bunks are adorable and cozy, but obviously a bit tight for adults.The ability to do laundry was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked. The unit was beautifully furnished with a true Texas feel. The only other feedback i woukd add is that it seems a bit silly to need to provide our own toilet paper and garbage bags... i brought my own……
