“For everything good about this hotel and this room in particular there was also something very odd. First off, the view was absolutely spectacular. From the rooms and from the balcony. “This place was paradise to us. We wanted a cousin couples getaway without our children and this property did not disappoint. We enjoyed ourselves so much we decided not to go into town until check out. The property is peaceful with a beautiful mountain view, lawn and there was even a garden. “This place is an incredible value with all the comforts of home. It even has limited cookware, and the apartment building has free, freshly ground coffee in the lobby! The only thing that wasn’t perfect about this property was the washing machine. It’s a front loader and was full of mold and stunk, so I decided not to do a load of laundry while there. Aside from that, though, this place was exceptionally clean and has great views from TWO balconies of downtown Austin and the river!”
