“Stayed for 2 nights. Excellent room. 2 bedrooms with a kitchen. Room facilities and kitchen ware were awesome. The settings in the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms made the whole thing cosy. A garage for car parking. Very close to Big Bear Village and the lake, walking distance. Close to nearby supermarket that allowed me to make breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend!”

“The house had plenty of room for our group to spread out. No worries about waiting on bathrooms and lots of seating in the living room and at the dining table for playing board games. Most of all the kitchen had everything we needed for making our own meals even though it only took us 10 minutes to walk to the village for shopping. I would say the walk back up the hill was more exercise than i had planned.”

“This place was not as advertised, and should honestly be taken down as an option to stay at until things get improved or drop the price significantly. It smelled horrible and old. It was freezing. The mattress had stains on it. The hot tub that was advertised was covered in dirt, pine needles and bird poop. The decor is overwhelming and straight from the 60s and not in a charming way. The photos on this site do not represent to the real degree of what this place looked like. I took both videos……

“The property is as described and pictured. It has all the amenities for any length of stay. I enjoyed the hot tub on cool mornings and evenings. Wonderful view of the night sky. It is back 3 miles of dirt road with some soft sand at the last turn. Close enough to shopping and restaurants, and of course Joshua Tree, but you definitely have your own private piece of land during your stay. Clean, private, comfortable, and did I mention the hot tub?!? :)”
