“The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!”
