“The hotel was super easy to find, check-in was easy and parking was right there on location. We were just a bit disappointed because of all the work going on in the area. We thought we'd be able to walk south along the Riverwalk to the Live Oak Pavilion but weren't able to due to construction. No biggie, we're still planning to come back for a longer visit. The hotel is close to shopping and the spot was super convenient and hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location,……

“During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.”

“The apartment was beautiful! It was clean and neat! Big windows to allow for sunlight. We made our own breakfast as because they supplied dinnerware, cookware, coffee maker and blender. A washer and dryer was in the apartment along with hangers, laundry baskets and laundry detergent.”

“The property is beautiful inside and out. We really enjoyed morning coffee on the back porch. Great location. In walking distance of good restaurants and unique shops. The proprietors are very welcoming and full of information on what to do in the area. We will visit again. ”
