“I checked in late and was put in one of the Villas as the main hotel was booked. Because I was so far away from the main hotel and I wanted to be near my colleagues, I asked to be moved to the main hotel. In the move I left a blouse in the closet. Unfortunately, it took several follow ups (5 calls an/or discussion with the front desk to be exact) for the staff to find it. Plus it took them 48 hours to finally locate it. “The Clarendon Hotel was a pleasant place to stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel has a GEM of a restaurant, The Azlin! We enjoyed a memorable dinner of flavorful food, then had a nice soak in the sizeable hot tub. The only problem we had was the toilet in our room had a wonky flusher. We resorted to removing the lid and flushing it by lifting the rubber flapper. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. ”
