“We stay at the 9 often. Typically a great experience and stay and has become our go to place when staying downtown. Front desk was great at check in. Interaction with most staff was great through the stay. Unfortunately this time the roof top bar staff didn’t seem very pleasant, people without key cards hanging around elevators to try and get to different floors or hotel areas and some cases successfully, got food poising seemingly from hotel restaurant and after check out I was charged for……

Die Anweisungen für Apartmentschlüssel Übergabe (Keybox) sowie Codes für Haustür und Tiefgarage (Einfahrt ist hinter dem Haus auf der Swingo Court) kommen rechtzeitig vor dem Check-In. “This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. ”
