“Stayed here one night for a concert at Bank of America Stadium. Valet was closed because of the vast amount of people checking in, but it wasn’t a big deal to self park. The hotel was totally packed because of the show, so there were lines to get on the elevator, long waits at the restaurants, etc. But considering the crowds, the staff handled things well.
