“The one bedroom condo was great. A little dated in carpeting etc. Beds comfy and nice bathroom . Two pools and the restaurant and bar were closed and not disclosed at time of booking. Zero housekeeping services for three days. Called front desk, and they said that that was “odd”. The resort is in a good location with access to other restaurants and shopping, groceries etc. ”

“Stayed for a quick staycation in Phoenix, the Kimpton fit the bill. The lobby was busy but nice and the staff were VERY helpful and friendly. There was an incident with the pool staff waitress but we ignored it and chalked it up to her being young and inexperienced. The rooftop pool was nice but we didn't like that non-residents could reserve pool chairs ALL DAY regardless if they showed or not disallowing hotel residents the opportunity to enjoy the poolside. “We've been staying here for years - we live in AZ and its been a great value for a staycation. Staff is amazing and has always gone out of their way to accomodate us. Servers are awesome, pool is top notch, and the rooms are clean and spacious. And the bed... ahhhh. We miss that luxury bed when we leave. A+ place, highly recommend. ”
