De är verkligen mån om dig som gäst, ser till att du har det bra och möter dig vid dina behov. Hotellet ligger väldigt bra till , nära butiker/bazar och kort taxi resa till senzo mall etc Maten på restaurangerna man kunde boka på var jätte goda!! A la carte bör alla reserva på särkilt asiatiska(!!!) och grekiska wow! I övrigt, fint hotell, bra pooler, bra privat strand, bra underhållning!……

“整個酒店200間房看來只有5至10間是出租..我門口的走廊的燈是未完成..令整條酒廊都很暗很不安！出租圖中有煮食爐但沒提供..到大堂詢問..整天只是回答你「處理中」..但毫無改善.. 我間房是在盡頭..加上沒燈在走廊..左右房間均沒住客..要求轉房..但他們每次都是回答「我會幫助你轉房」..但我入住了4天！足足4天！根本沒改變！”

I have been coming to Egypt for over 20 years and have to say the new style of hotels are a great format for European travelers. The hotel and gardens are immaculate and kept very clean. The pool is heated in the winter months as the hotel is only 2 months old. The pool Italian was my favorite with freshly stone backed pizzas and amazing staff who make this hotel. “We stayed one night after a week of scuba diving the seed Sea. It was a nice way to finish up our trip. Rides were fun, good choices were old Rufus and the grounds were very pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful, they gave us early check in and allowed us to dine in a restaurant even though we didn't have reservations. ”
