“Amazing in the hotel environment and food, especially dinna with different theme everyday. But the beach bar is terribly unfriendly for the food offer, only care about close, even require to have something before closing, a lot of excuses not to provide. Need to be enhanced especially for this leader or manager as he is too rude and not thinking to provide service to guest”
“Great location, facilities for kids, good food, and very hospitable service. As other reviews suggest, the rooms were a bit dated but Aly at reception was very accommodating and offered us a good room with view, and late checkout. We loved out 2 day stay at Alma Heights”
