“Property was in hub of all palm spring activities. We paid for breakfast while booking the hotel, breakfast was good and all of us enjoyed it. Staff were very co-ordinal. Nothing to complain expect that they should have lower overnight parking charges.”

“This hotel was lovely. The staffs were so friendly. The pool were open 24 hours so you can relax yourself anytime. However, the room space was a little small for family. Shower room had no door and floor got wet easily. But we still had a wonderful stay.”

“The hotel is a boutique hotel. It’s very basic in its services - you have to carry your bags up to the room (no lift), cleaning seems to be minimum and there is no front desk, just an unfriendly barman at the bar of the hotel. Upon checkout I was not allowed to see the invoice to check, and the same unfriendly staff told me I should get it by email. I didn’t receive for a few hours so I emailed the hotel (the address given to us at check in, since they don’t have a front desk so you can’t call……

“Stayed here for 3 nights for a girls getaway weekend. Hotel was beautifully designed and decorated, great restaurants and pool area. However the staff was fantastic - wonderful experiences with the doorman (from LA originally - I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name) front desk (Marisol) and everyone we encountered. Only note was that the pool bar was understaffed so there was a long wait for service. Location was perfect - so many things in walking distance. Great hotel and would stay again. ……
