“Great location, very convenient to go everywhere and there are Cole’s supermarket and stores nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will choose to stay here again if I visit Brisbane.”

“It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.”

“Very spacious and modern room with excellent amenities and comfortable bed. Unfortunately the large blind by the bed wouldn't go down so we had the constant trail of lights from the street below all night. We were offered the opportunity to move rooms but it was getting late and we didn't feel like packing up and moving. The traffic noise was also significant. We did enjoy our stay.”

“Room is small but as expected, for our family of 4 of us just stay there for a couple of hours to get some sleep before our early morning flight. We pre-booked a transfer to airport and I told the staff that we will fly to HK via Sydney, but the driver was told by hotel to took us to international airport, and turns out we should be in domestic airport.
