“We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would……

“The noise is a bit loud”

“The lighting is so bad for the room. You cannot see any books or documents in the room at night. It’s just so dark. The air conditioner is out of order in my room and I had asked hotel to check in the morning but when I back at night, nothing fixed and I have to go down to reception at night and ask to check again. The telephone in th e room is also out of order that’s why I cannot call from room to ask help! The breakfast is terrible, its buffet the choices of food are unbelievable little but……

“Room was nice and spacious. Bedding and pillows were like clouds! The staff was great, both the restaurants had excellent food and service. This place would be perfect if the rooms had balconies and there was a hot tub. Definitely be staying there again.”
