“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. The front desk staff were polite, helpful, and professional. Best of all, the location is excellent, just a short walk to the stadium, which was incredibly convenient. I would definitely stay here again!”
