“Staff had been very communicative and courteous. We had a problem with the property HOA putting our bikes on their patio, but staff were prompt in contacting me, and respectfully told me the issues that needs to be addressed. ”

In front of the building, you'll find the base campus, with lifts for Snowmass Mall right at your doorstep. “The original unit booked was having “ WiFi issues” so the property manager moved us to a smaller unit that did not accommodate our party very easily. We had to be persistent to get into the originally booked unit, which had the space to sleep us comfortably. There was no WiFi, but otherwise lovely and clean. The communication prior to our arrival regarding this issue and the unit switch was not great and we only found out after hours and were not given a choice to keep the larger original Unit.……
