“I found a bug on the bed of the hotel. After calling the customer service, I got a pillow at 11 p.m. an hour later. The room is not clean, and there are still paper towels used by previous guests in the trash can. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are charged separately, and mineral water is not provided in the room.”

“It's a wonderful hotel with great rooms and amenities. But the best part of the hotel is the staff!! Denise at check in and Ana the bartender are extremely personable, upbeat, and are the cherry on top when it comes to the all around experience. I go to this hotel for staycations. I could pick cheaper hotels, I could pick downtown hotels. But neither would measure up.
