“We had a great time. The beach was well maintained. They could use some upgrades in the rooms with more up to date furniture, and carpets ( its like my old grandma furniture). Food is rather pricey, this forced us to eat and drink off the property. ”

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”

“We’re pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is … We love our room and the amenities…. It’s clean, the sheets are crisp, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is really nice … Love the Crabtree & Evelyn amenities…. The hotel is well laid out and has a lot of nice touches…. The lobby attendant was very friendly and professional…. We love the indoor pool as well and the restaurant and bar! When we’re in the area again visiting Anna Maria Island and the beautiful beaches over here we will……

“It was awesome we did the water taxis and the trolley right out of the front door just a little walk across the street. Although it was raining on our first night we had a great time in the downstairs bar with a great musician playing. Recommend the charcuterie board and cocktails. Next day was water day and evening trolley. Great time Service was incredible all staff was friendly and accommodating ”

“Clean and convenient place for families. The staff was nice but lay back, food was good on the restaurant, however, the rest of the hotel had zero options, pool area unattended, rooftop closed most of the week, beach chairs and umbrellas on your own, they can improve the customer service and entertainment options on those areas. I used to love the hotel but they need to change a bit if they want to keep the customers. ”
