“Saturday afternoon pool was busy with families. They have a time for adults 10 - 11pm. I had the gym and pool to myself in the mornings. Gym was open 24/7 and the pool opened at 6 am.”

“Drove up with my spouse and dog from Virginia to spend a few days with my mom who lives in the local area. Place used to be called European Crystal and apparently rebranded to Chez. Don’t know how it was before, but this place is pretty nice now. Folks were all friendly and rooms very comfortable. Huuuuge TVs on the walls, but the walls themselves were kinda thin. Noise does transfer, for sure. Beds are comfy. Rooms were clean. Towels and toiletries were nice. All in all, a great……

I reached out immediately after noticing the issue and asked to be switched to the correct unit, but my request was ignored. The condition of the place is absolutely unacceptable.
