“All the staff we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure our stay was an excellent experience. From the front desk staff, the waitstaff at breakfast and dinner to the very busy Starbucks Barista, everyone was welcoming, helpful, friendly and efficient. If there is anything I would add, it has nothing to do with staff. I find it odd that the bathrooms have no safety grab bars or working exhaust fans. Plastic liners for the bathroom A better quality magnifying mirror would be a nice……

“we booked 2 rooms for our family. the ladies at the front desk when we arrived were amazing, very helpful and sweet. the rooms were very nice and clean. the pool was a short walk away in another building it was so much fun the entire family loved it! The yellow couch opens up into a sleeper which worked out perfectly because i forgot my sons bed rail. the cons were that they did not have additional towels or an additional blanket to provide which was disappointing. the breakfast was okay it was……

“They did not know the height of the parking garage I called the day before to confirm. I arrived and truck didn’t fit in parking garage but valet was excellent and had my truck parked right next to the hotel. ”
