“Thumbs up: Spacious room, free weekend parking, and a great pool + Jacuzzi area that’s peaceful after 7pm (adults only). Breakfast was fresh, with a solid full English option. Self check-in was a bit clunky, but staff were friendly and helpful. Thumbs down: Room cleanliness could be improved and furnishings felt dated. “Overall very good experience with good staff and nice accommodation. Minor grumble, the double bed sizes can vary ( ours was v small), our daughters room which was the same level as ours was a lot larger. ”

“基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。”

“Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.”
