“基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。”

Reservamos também a suite para três pessoas da familia, wue ficaram muito satisfeitos com o atendimento e o fato de ser ampla e muito funcional. O hotel é rico em detalhes e o café da manhã, soberbo. Recepção e serviço excelentes. Funcionários muito brm preparados. Destaque para alguns que nos atenderam mais e muito bem, Sonya e Joy. A localização do hotel é ótima, próximo a vários pontos turísticos. Com certeza, voltaremos……
