“The WORSE staying experience I have ever had. Never experienced such bad service, not to mention the the refrigerator was broken, and there were bundle of long hair under the bed. the price does not worth the quality AT ALL. And I need to share the following experience if anyone plan to store the stuff or luggage at the concierge; 1. “Great hotel near metro (joann) station, only 8 minutes walking. The hotel staff was very attentive, polite and always helping. Room was spacious, clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, great variety, bread, cheese, fruit and a cheff everyday for omelette orders. A 10 out of 10. Highly recommended..!!”
