“A lovely B & B opposite the golf course. We had a decent size room at the front, with a good bed, shower in a room decorated to a very good standard, The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. Parking is limited to 2 hours between 9 to 6.”

The property was a bit dated with a couple random quirks such as mirrors very low, bathroom door locks on the outside of the door and not the best pillows (take your own). “The property was spacious, clean and in good condition. It was in a very peaceful countryside setting with views of the sea from upstairs. The peace and quiet was very welcome as Cornwall is often very busy and it was nice to come back to in the evenings. Also having a swimming pool on site was a big bonus and the reason we booked. On the down side, my husband and I only had 2 bath towels each for the whole trip of 9 days. The booklet said that these would be changed half way through but this……

“  We stayed at The Port William Friday and Saturday night in January.  We choose this place due to its location to the coast and its positioning right at the side of Trebarwith Beach and the promise of a sea view and relaxing atmosphere.  We were not disappointed! This is a lovely spot right on the SW Coast Path and only a few miles walk into Tintagel. The rooms were small but cosy and more than adequate for our stay.  There is a small fridge stocked with items from the bar and nibbles -……

“Overall a very good stay, however, the bathroom floors really need a good clean. Beds are a bit creeky and not great for light sleepers or fidgets. Area very quiet and beach very special. The sunset at Bedruthan Steps is a must see. ”
