“The place is awesome, very clean with a welcoming atmosphere. We were there for a Cheerleading Competition at the State Farm arena, the location was perfect. Our team came home in 2nd Silver medal, lost by 2.10th of a point from 1st place Gold. The house is in the downtown area, very close to HBCU Clark Atlanta & Moorehouse. There are several eateries close by and a WalMart less than 2 miles. Kelly is a marvelous host and will reply back to you quickly if you have any questions or concerns. ……

“The location was extremely convenient for our areas of sightseeing - everything was just minutes away. There were a few minor issues with door locks, but the owner is EXTREMELY available and the issues were resolved literally within minutes. It was colder than we expected and they even found extra blankets for us. Very good communication and they really cared about the quality of our stay. Would recommend!”

“The carriage house far exceeded our expectations. The home was even lovelier than the pictures. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and there was even an extra pillow top cover for the fold out couch, making it very nice to sleep on (a previous review mentioned it being uncomfortable and it sounds like the owners made this change). “I actually ended up checking out and going to another hotel. The staff was SO nice, but were having to deal with an issue that some of the guest rooms didn’t have hot water, so they were very busy. When I checked into my room, it wasn’t dirty exactly, but the walk outlets didn’t have covers, so I was a little suspicious. I started working at the little corner desk and was there about 15 minutes before I saw a cockroach running across the wall. The location is convenient, but the building……
