“Waited for my road trip from WA to AZ for months, check in process was smooth and welcoming. I was even offered an upgrade for practically nothing (Ambassador Suite) and was definitely appreciated. Room was perfect. Literally 5 mins after entering the room I received a phone call informing me that my father was in the hospital and he was passing. I rushed to the front desk to let them know that I had to leave and nothing bad been touched hoping they could just pass it to someone else. My……

“Beds were very comfortable. The room was nice and clean. Went to Chase Field, the location was perfect, bars and restaurants all around the hotel within walking distance. The hotel bar & grill was superb with outdoor and indoor seating.”

“This is a resort that has very high potential for being excellent. It IS, however, in the need of several improvements: The rooms are outdated and need updates, including new front doors and updated showers and baths. The gym is excellent and well-cared for, but the adjacent "spa" is incredibly dangerous with a slippery floor waiting for an accident to happen. What a shame if someone falls and breaks a limb or ends up suing this great hotel. The steam room was out of service and the sauna……
