“We enjoyed our stay at Sonesta Hotel, Baltimore Inner Harbor. The staff was great! My husband unknowingly left his wallet there and they called us to let us know. Once we returned home, I realized we left some valuable items in our hotel room and they confirmed that they did have the items and worked with me to have them shipped to me. ”

“Fantastic location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent room. Pluses: bathtub is excellent. Full size fridge was great. Local dining was fantastic. Diversity of people and cultures. Minuses: for a new hotel should have USB charging ports. Window shades do not keep out morning light. Should have room darkening shades. Should be a king bed, not queen. These minuses are minor. This is a must-stay destination. ”
