“This was our second stay at Cliff House. We love Manitou Springs! Quiet, quaint, great attractions. The food at the hotel is excellent and reasonably priced. Room coffee is even good! The Teddy Roosevelt room was spacious and had nice bath amenities, but we could have used some directions for the steam shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. “This property is beautiful and spacious. Very close to everything we wanted to do, Garden of the Gods, Castle (William Parker), pikes Peak COG railway, Royal Gorge, etc. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and they were very clean and great water pressure for the showers. The house and neighborhood was close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. I will definitely stay here again when we return. We didn’t use the hot tub or theater but they were very nice. ”

“The property is older but remodeled and updated cute. However there were some issues we had along our 3 night stay. 1. The longer we were there, the more an overwhelming smell of cat urine crept through the unit. 2. The Backdoor is directly inline with the couch and has no window covering over the large window. 3. The shower was slow to drain and was constantly filled around my feet. ”
