“This was our first time staying at Celtic, and we were excited for a birthday celebration. The resort is huge, and our room on the 7th floor had a king-size bed and a very small TV. The bathroom lacked basics like shower gel and body lotion—only shampoo and conditioner were provided. Surprisingly, there was no bottled water in our deluxe room, which felt off for a 5-star hotel. “入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”

“Great property, very clean, very well-kept, good service! Reserving breakfast was a bit restricting as you can only book it the day before, before 10pm for the discounted price. One suggestion would be to give the flexibility of booking it alongside the initial room reservation”

“We loved our stay - property was clean and in good condition, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again. Pro tip - there’s a coffee shop run out of a church about a block away. Hours are atypical, but great coffee and the nicest people on planet earth!!!”

“Lovely place to stay”

“The room was fantastic but the check in experience was very poor. We had a printout from an email which said to use the Gileston Manor Courtyard with cream gates as the entrance, upon arrival at 7:30PM (more than 3 hours before check in ended) the gates were locked and the number provided was going straight to voicemail. Texts and voicemail was left with no response. After waiting for 20 minutes with the car hazards on, on a main road, we decided to look around and parked in the Manor Estate……
