“Overall property was excellent. Issue with the key pad. The number 5 wouldn't work. Got stuck out of the cabin a few times trying to get it unlocked. They were going to send someone to correct. Never did. IF they did didnt communicate to us. And IF they came didnt fix it. Other than that overall was excellent.”

“You absolutely saved our family vacation! Our original booking had a problem with its well and left us high and dry. We found Bear Hideaway online and were able to get it booked the same day! Excellent communication from the host who was very attentive. Added bonus - we could sit in the hot tub and see the Dollywood fireworks through the trees each evening around 9:30! ”
