“Gr era at stay. Serene environment ”

“Hotel and staff are 5 star but pools were not clean enough to use it, sauna was not usable (very low temperature) no changing room there and nowhere near 5 star level. Indoor pool also was dirty. That is a shame considering that the rest of the hotel is good and everybody very friendly and helpful. ”

“We stayed at the Clico for 2 nights and loved the unique layout of the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic for both dinners and breakfasts we had there. The staff was extremelyattentive and helpful.. ”

Biggest complaint: room door has a light directly in front of it that does not turn off. And no blind to cover the window. Was extremely bright at night. Second night a staff member removed the bulbs which was appreciated ”
