“Bom, o atendimento é excelente, área da praia muito boa, mas o hotel em si deixou a desejar, não diria que é um hotel 5 estrelas, as cabanas são pequenas e úmidas,não tem como ajeitar as malas,pedimos para trocar o quarto para outro maior apesar de não ter vista nem banheira de hidromassagem,o quarto era um pouco maior. Nora dez para a praia na frente da isla Bella.”

“Stunning palazzo with historic charm and incredible views of the sea and the Etna. Valet parking was available and easy to access as the palazzo is located in the pedestrian area. We booked an executive junior suite for family of 3, the sofa bed is small/twin size, which was a little surprising to me but the view made up for it. We only had breakfast in the restaurant which looked beautiful but we usually prefer to walk around and try something outside of the hotels.”

“In the past food was much better, not enough options at breakfast etc. The front stairs to enter so dirty as well as the pool area nothing cleaned daily including pool chairs. We will not go back The air conditioning was horrendous too!!!! We will not return. ”
