“The hotel is lovely; staff are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was fantastic! I'm giving it a 4 stars because we were located on the 1st floor, and there was an EDM club open until 6 am. The noise was pumping all night and my husband and I had a really hard time sleeping. If we go back we will be sure to stay on a higher floor level! If it weren't for the noise factor, I would have given it 5 stars. ”

“I stay here for three nights. The first thing is they told me that they need to down grade my booking due to my booked room has some problem. They compensated me with free breakfast and airport transportation- it's good. The door man is also very kind and helpful. But, the reception is not that friendly and not proactively responsed my request. I asked them to give me an adaptor and they didn't inform me if they didn't have any available. Regarding the room, the decoration is chic but some……

“1）图片與實際房型不符合 2）房間裏未開的紅酒不見，我曾要求服務人員隔日送回，仍然未送回，飯店主管知曉後也有要求他們再次送回，但是服務人員仍然不理會，経我又反應，主管單位才知曉，雖然後耒有處理，但是五星飯店有如此怠慢的態度，顕然管理有問題。 3）最後一天飯店主管給予3:00PM late check out的優惠，但是當日櫃枱人員仍然打電話要求立即退房，原因是有人已經要搬入，距離飯店主管給的時間還有二小時.....。 這個五星級酒店應該多降二級。 ”
