“We attended an event at the theatre, and ate a delicious dinner at the Pines Steakhouse, so we wanted to stay on property. The rooms are nice, but they’re really overpriced for the quality and size. “overall, good experience and property was in good shape and clean and in good location. Only real problems were a digital lock that sometimes took a while to work and and annoying nearby woodpecker (not the property’s fault!).”

“Great Home for family & friends near Big Bear Mountain, the house is mostly restored and feels new. The only no good thing is you need to take the trash away like 5 block from the house to a garbage yard.”

“Please read before booking this property! First of all this is run by a management company so if you have any issues and need answers right away they will not help you. They will answer your phone call and let you know they will get back to you with in 24 hours but they never did. We had a question about pool/spa, called, they said they would get back to us but never did. Issues with this house: 1) It was HOT in the house and we were not allowed to adjust the AC. every time we turned it……
