All staff are friendly and focussed on customer service - we went for a swim prior to the pool bar/restaurant opening and were greeted with a member of staff making sure if there was anything we needed we could get it. The rooms are incredible, the restaurants good and well stocked with wine and knowledgeable staff. Simply excellent resort in all aspects ”
