“带妈妈美西自由行，酒店有明显的歧视中国人，办理入住，询问WiFi密码，服务员很不耐烦，房价过高，房间里面设施也很一般。很糟糕的一次入住经历。就是酒店位置还可以。”

When we had an issue, the front desk staff went well above and beyond to provide that white glove service that has been lost in this industry. “The staff,breakfast buffet and service was awesome. The mountain view pretty much is the best in Utah, hard to beat the stein! They groom ski slope everyday, easy ski in and ski out access. Cannot wait go back to ski next year.”
