The gym is very modern and basically has everything you need when you’re travelling ! The rooms are modern spacious clean and the beds are very comfortable too ”

“It was our first stay , celebrating my birthday. Liked the look and feel of the property, modern and aesthetic. The rooftop pool was very nice! The ginger tea and hot / moist towels at arrival was a special touch. The shower did not have a body wash. And there was police activity across the street detaining a person, which was not expected. The convenience to Phipps Plaza was very nice. Overall good experience. ”

“Very bad, old and dirty!!! This hotel is totally ruined my holiday. When I first arrived, I hope I can do a fast check in and order some food at the room because it is late. But the food is really disgusting. Also, the room cleaning service is awful and slow. I called front desk I need a room cleaning service, meanwhile I can get some food at the hotel. But when I finished my lunch. It took me an hour, but when I go back to my room, they don’t even start. After they finished the cleaning, there……

“From phone service, staff on property, restaurants all very friendly and helpful. A staff member was walking past the hallway, sees me with my luggage, comes back to assist me. I was nowhere near him and he came back. That alone shows the incredible employees at The Conrad. As for the amenities top notch, clean and staff around the pool and lagoon are detail oriented.”
