“On arrival the property was freezing cold. TV glitching unable to watch. No plugs for bath or sink. Tears in flooring and stair carpet marked.”

“I like the overall living environment. However it would be better if bellow can be improved: 1) “Clippers Quay” which is a quite big community with service apartments. It’s really hard for travelers to find the right place to check-in (get the keys) unless you call the house owner and wait for him sending staff to pick you up. In fact, the room is not located in the building which showed in Expedia intro photo (all the other way round…it makes traveller confused and inconvenienced especially……

“Lovely property. Wonderful views from the 26th floor across Manchester. 2 well proportioned bedrooms and both with en-suite. Good facilities in the kitchen and the apartment was really clean and tidy”

“Rooms were very nice. Mini fridge in your room and help yourself area in the corridor that had plenty of snacks and breakfast items. I was in room one, felt like it had been recently renovated, or they keep a room very well. Booking in and checking out is easy. Would stay again. Pub is also great. ”

“Great staff, couldn’t do enough to help Just make sure you sort the car park out as NCP is odd, having the app already helps! Hotel itself clean, tidy and nicely finished. It is a wedding venue so so be aware there can be loud music , having a basement room makes it fine and it didn’t bother us. Breakfast really good too”
