“The room is big and the city is lovely. but it's really really troublesome to park the car due to the hotel is located in ZTL zone. You have to park your car somewhere outside of the old town, and walk to the hotel to figure out how to park, then get a green card from the reception to display it on your windshield to avoid being fined by the police when drive in to unload the luggage, then drive out of the old town to find a parking space, then walk back to the hotel (6-8 mins walk). “The staff (Laura, Elena, Svetlana and Serena) were fantastic and extremely helpful. The breakfast was magnificent. The parking (down a ramp) was convenient but do not even try to drive into the town’s narrow and twisty streets. Hotel should warn drivers to arrive at the parking lot off the highway (give clear directions) and not enter town. There are 2 good restaurants within 5 and 10 minutes by car but ask the staff to help you make reservations. A wonderful experience. The only complaint was……
