“The staff were fantastic and it's a great location if you're going to an event at Principality Stadium. The exterior clearly needs some cleanup, but my room was pretty nice.”

“The first room assigned to me is of no air condtioning, which is excessively hot in day time. Upon request, the hotel change one with air conditioning, but at a lower floor with internal view on the reception hall. The room decoration is of simple type and acceptable. But a number of room facilities like door lock, light bulbs need repair.”
