“Loved this quit”

“We had a gorgeous room and wonderful breakfast in this lovely quaint hotel located right in Pitlochry. The staff were great - kind and helpful. Beware though - the only difficulty we encountered on the night of our stay was that the rooms are located above the bar, (we expected perhaps a bit of noise) and a covers band were on - blaring out very loud music until closing time (midnight). This wasn’t very relaxing and a little surprising for the price-point of the hotel. We were offered to return……

“All aspects of the hotel were very good, all rooms were pleasingly decorated and as you would wish in a traditional highland hotel, even down to some whisky in the room. We requested a front room and this was provided. Great cooking. ”

“Stunning Hotel in a stunning area with beautiful views over the loch. Very nice restaurants, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Rooms very clean and well appointed. Would have liked a bigger bath would be the only comment I would make but that's being very picky. Not the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for. ”

“Lovely, clean spacious rooms. Easy parking, Friendly staff. Fabulous outdoor space to sit and enjoy the surroundings and a great location - 5 mins walk from the centre.”

“The property is beautiful with several lovely outdoor spots and close to town. Our room was comfy and quiet and we enjoyed the bar and breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!”

“The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs ”

“Warm welcome and excellent food with a genuine atmosphere”

“Excellent location and hotel. Staff were great and accommodating. Great on site ammedities. Only downside was the lack of AC in the bedroom meaning it was really hot. However this is common in Scotland. ”

“Curtain rail on both windows were coming away from wall also because of slopping wall big gaps letting in light early morning ”
