“This is a lovely and comfortable home within walking distance of Perth. There’s a comfortable sitting room a large dining room for morning breakfast and the rooms were clean and quiet. Graham was the young man managing the property while I was staying and he was wonderful to talk to and most helpful with anything I needed. The breakfasts were delicious and had a huge array of options. I highly recommend it.”

“Upon arrival this property has a serene feel with a stately house and pastoral view. We stayed in a suite that had a feel of your very own private cottage. Breakfast was so pleasant because of the wonderful service of Diana. Very relaxing stay with excellent access to nearby castles. Very pleased with this property.”
