“Great place to stay whilst exploring Aberystwyth. Clean and quiet with helpful, friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. On site, free parking was a bonus. Easy walk to the sea front. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“The reception member of staff was excellent throughout our stay. Very friendly and approachable. I can’t comment on the service of the room as there wasn’t any. The room was very clean and equipped with a good hairdryer, ironing board and iron if you needed it along with soap and shampoo etc. The whole building is very tired and could do with money being spent on it especially the stair carpet which is thread bare in places and could be a hazard. It was fine for our needs. ”

“Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. “Loved the hotel ambience, friendly/efficient staff and room was warm, well equipped and comfortable. Bathroom was very warm and great shower in minus temperatures.View from 1st floor front window was picturesque and the dining room and breakfast rooms spacious and comfortable. Excellent stay, we will return. Breakfast and dinner ample and good standard. Perfect 2 night vacation.”

“Had a great stay. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower roomy with plenty of hot water. Complimentary tea coffee and biscuits was welcoming, as was the bottled water, particularly after a long journey. The small kitchen/dining area was handy as I was preparing a small buffet to take to friends. The only snag was that the hot water tap was extremely difficult to turn off. This was reported to staff upon our departure. I’d stay here again without hesitation.”
