“A very enjoyable 2 night stay in very comfortable twin- bedded room. Food and standard of presentation first class. Fish pie - to die for! Staff very helpful. Only downside was our mobility problem in ascending stairs to our 2nd floor room.”

“This is a very old hotel being restored. It was in a great location. The room was comfortable and clean. However there were no written instructions on how to use central heating, etc in the room, or that there were safety alarms that could be set off. ( to which staff always responded) Breakfast was fabulous as was the restaurant food. Some of the staff were helpful, some rude and abrupt so one can’t generalise. ”
